Josh CarlsonI was born in the Fraser Valley and lived on my Mother’s farm until I was 20 years old. We raised sheep, hogs, dairy cattle and beef. I was in the Otter Beef 4-H Club for 3 years, and raised Simmental and Limosine cattle in that time. I also rode horses for a while, but not too much competitively.

I rode Western for fun, as this is what my big brother did. My pleasure riding dropped considerably when I was attending high school, as I began to race motorcycles competitively. In the mean-time Mom was busy with real-estate and relayed to me how she could use some help with all the business she was getting. With my farm background, and my college studies in the Sciences not fulfilling my interests, Agricultural real estate was a perfect fit.

I got my Realtor’s licence in 1999, and haven’t looked back since! When I’m not working, I’m fishing/hiking/hunting. I’ve done many week-long back packing trips throughout BC, and have packed with donkeys on a few occasions. I’m a member of the BC Wildlife Federation, and a member of the Wild Sheep Society of British Columbia. I take a sincere interest in selling agricultural land, farms, and recreational property in B.C.

I look forward to working with you!
